General

The terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Natural Fragrance of Sweden AB (Reg no 556668-3842) (“björk and berries”, “us”, “we”, “our”) and apply to all users and transactions on bjorkandberries.com (“website”).

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to revise our Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found at the top of the page. The Terms and Conditions that you have read and accepted at the time of your order will apply.

You need to be 18 years or older to make a purchase at our website, or else you need to have a parent’s consent.

Disclaimer

We strive to ensure accuracy of product information, images, stock availability and pricing on the website, however, errors may occur. We have done our best to display colors as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee that colors on the screen are as per reality, partly due to the settings of your monitor and/or the type of device you use.

Pricing policy

The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs may vary from time to time. The prices may also vary between the website and the physical store. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods, to read more about the cost of delivery please see shipping.

For customers outside of the EU, additional taxes and custom fees may apply depending on your location and are payable upon receiving your order.

Offers and/or discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or already discounted products or kits, or used on selected collaborations. 

Order policy

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order.

Prior to completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your order, the information provided, and the price of your order in order to correct any errors. Please be aware that products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer up until your order is finalized.

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email to confirm that we have received your order. The order confirmation email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and not an acceptance of your order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automatic email with shipping information so you can track your order.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. All shipping countries can be found listed here.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours from the time you received your order confirmation, on business days. If your order is placed on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed the following business day. When the shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with information to track your order.

We offer different shipping methods depending on your location. Available shipping alternatives, delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location and estimate information is indicative only. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer.

Please note that due to dangerous goods regulations we are only able to ship our Eau de Parfums by road service, and cannot be sent via air express. We are therefore unable to ship this product outside of mainland Europe.

The estimated delivery time does not account for possible delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability. The delivery estimate shows shipping time upon fulfillment.

All orders outside the EU will be subject to VAT, import and customs duties and/or taxes. These charges will be country-specific depending on where the purchase is made from. For any gift with purchase, import and customs duties and/or taxes will be applied based on the original product value. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Pickup In Store
We offer a convenient pick-up option at our flagship store, located at Riddargatan 20 in Stockholm. The "Pickup in store" option is available at checkout if the products in your cart are in stock at this location. Orders are typically ready within 4 hours during store hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation when picking up your items.

Payment terms

Our payment provider is Stripe, a payment service that offers secure and convenient payment options, including major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple pay
  • Klarna

By making a purchase on our website, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including product prices, taxes, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges.

We prioritize the security of your payment information. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, and we do not store or have direct access to your payment details. Stripe's secure payment infrastructure ensures your data remains protected using secure socket layers (ssl), the industry standard in secure communications that encrypts all data regarding your payments.

All prices and transactions on our platform are conducted in the currency specified on the product listing or during the checkout process.

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, your order may be delayed or canceled. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate and that your selected payment method has sufficient funds.

Digital gift cards

Our digital gift cards are valid exclusively on bjorkandberries.com and in the same currency as used at purchase. They remain valid for 12 months from the issue date, after which any remaining balance will be forfeited.

The digital gift card will automatically be delivered to the email address provided during checkout once the payment has been processed. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. For any inquiries or assistance regarding your gift card, feel free to contact our customer support team at customer@bjorkandberries.com.

Refunds and returns

Extended return window: Products purchased between November 20 and December 20, 2024, can be returned until January 31, 2025.

Only products purchased at www.bjorkandberries.com website can be returned to björk and berries for a refund or an exchange. Purchases from a department store, independent retailers or other locations must be returned to the original place of purchase.

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to customer@bjorkandberries.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will reply to you with an address to return the products to. Please note that the returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note, we are not able to cancel your order once it has left our warehouse.

Upon return:

  • Please return the products as soon as possible and no later than 14 days of your initial email.
  • Place the product(s) in the original shipping box, or a similar solid box.
  • Close and tape the box.
  • Place the return shipping label on the outside of the box, covering any other delivery information.
  • Return at your closest delivery point.
  • Please keep your postal receipt, we may need to see this if we have not received your package.

 

The original shipping cost and shipping costs incurred when returning the products will not be refunded. Additionally, shipping charges will be payable if the refund reduces the original order amount below the threshold for free shipping.

Please note, that if you have chosen a delivery method other than our standard shipping services we will only refund the amount equivalent to our standard shipping.

If you fail to collect your order it will be returned to our warehouse by default, in such case the original shipping cost will not be refunded and additional shipping charges for the return will be deducted from the amount refunded to you, as per our published shipping fees at the time of the return.

We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective products

If you were to receive a defective product, please reach out to us at customer@bjorkandberries.com. Please include a description of the deficiency and if possible, a picture. If we consider the item defective we will either replace the defective product or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.

Resale policy

You may purchase products from www.bjorkandberries.com for personal use and not for the purpose of reselling. By placing an order on www.bjorkandberries.com, you confirm that your purchase is intended for personal use only, and you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions. Please note that we reserve the right to reject orders at our discretion, without the need for a detailed explanation.

Intellectual Property

All contents and materials on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of björk and berries or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Please note, the use of our website does not grant you the right to use our trademarks.

Links

Our website may contain links to external websites beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for content nor privacy policies of external websites.

Personal data and Privacy policy

Information provided by you at the time of your order will be processed automatically. Please see our privacy policy for further information on the processing of your personal data. Our privacy policy also forms a part of these Terms and Conditions, thus please read carefully prior to placing an order.

Force Majeure

Björk and berries’ liabilities are limited to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by laws. In no case whatsoever will björk and berries assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
