Shop manager – Björk and Berries
Björk and Berries, a fast-growing fragrance and beauty house, is currently looking for a Shop Manager to lead our soon to be opened flagship store. This position is full time position and operates an on-site working pattern.
About us
Björk and Berries is an Ecoluxury fragrance and beauty house specialised in enriching ingredients from the Swedish flora and committed to preserve and develop the Swedish beauty traditions. It all began as a local project in northern Sweden with a mission to preserve the magic of our nature, its beauty, scents and healing properties. Wild leaves and berries were handpicked to capture the essence of the Swedish flora in our first natural perfume and with that, set the foundation for what Björk and berries is today.
Our premium range of Swedish Ecoluxury skincare and scents includes skincare for face, body and hands, haircare, Eau de Parfum and scented products for home. All products are developed according to the guidelines in our Ecoluxury philosophy ensuring a safe, natural and sustainable approach to skin and our nature.
The role
We are looking for a highly service-oriented and solution-focused person for the position of shop manager in our soon to be opened shop at Riddargatan 20 in Stockholm.
As a shop manager at Björk and Berries, you are the face of the brand and responsible for securing top-level experiences for all visitors. Working full-time in the shop, including some weekends, you will be responsible for sales, budgeting and personnel scheduling, as well as local marketing and shop events. You will collaborate closely with the team at the head office to ensure a sustainable sales growth and that shop activities are according to plan.
Main responsibilities
- Uphold store image and visual guidelines
- Be a role model for top level customer experience
- Work towards achieving sales targets and budgets
- Initiate, plan and follow up on local events and other marketing and community activities
- Inventory management and stock replenishment
- Staff training and coaching
- Engage in e-commerce and SoMe customer service
- Promote a healthy working environment
What we are looking for
- You have a strong enthusiasm for fragrance, beauty, and luxury, backed by experience in high end retail.
- Experience in store management and leading teams is highly valued.
- Leading by example and guiding colleagues comes naturally to you.
- You are socially open minded, curious, self-driven and proactive.
- You seek to achieve both quantitative and qualitative goals to boost sales while keeping a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
