Store & Community Manager - Stockholm
We’re looking for a Store & Community Manager to lead our store and shape the community around the brand. The role blends retail leadership with brand activation, events, and close connections to the local creative scene — creating a space where people, culture, and the brand naturally come together.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the store and ensure a high standard of customer experience
- Manage and support the store team, including scheduling and development
- Drive sales performance and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Build relationships with local creatives, stylists, and creators
- Coordinate product seeding and maintain relevant community connections
- Support and engage with the brand’s social media community.
- Plan and host in-store events, launches, and community activations
About You
- Experience in retail, preferably within fashion or lifestyle
- Strong interest in culture, creativity, and community
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- A natural relationship builder with an eye for brand experience

Internship - Stockholm
Björk and Berries offers internship opportunities during the fall and spring in the following areas:
