Wholesale manager – International

Björk and Berries

We are looking for an International Wholesale Manager with a strong ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales growth.

As a wholesale manager, you will play a vital role maintaining and develop key accounts and distributors across international markets, primarily focusing on Europe and the US. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth within new markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the premium lifestyle perfume and beauty industry to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing company.

You will report directly to the CEO and COO.


  • Develop and implement sales and distribution plans to drive growth within assigned international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Work diligently to achieve sales targets and KPI’s for designated international accounts.
  • Ensure distribution aligns with buying strategies, pricing structures, and online and in-store retail strategies.
  • Perform regular business reviews with partners to assess and track performance (sell-in/sell-out), identify opportunities for growth, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct market visits to deliver product training, brand awareness and secure that products are presented and positioned in accordance with the brand identity.
  • Maintain an interest and understanding of the industry.


  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B-sales, account management, or similar position preferably within the perfume/beauty industry or with a premium brand.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and KeyNote
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

This is a full-time position based at Björk and Berries Headquarters in Stockholm.
